Regarding Amazon sending video emails, we have not received relevant policies to indicate that such emails will be sent to you. If there is a problem with the account, the relevant Amazon team will generally inform you through performance notifications.

You can verify by the following methods:
Check the email for grammatical or spelling errors
Pay attention to poor grammar and spelling errors. Many phishing emails are translated from other languages and have not been proofread before being sent. Therefore, this information may contain poor grammar and spelling errors.
Check the return address
Is the email from Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk, or from a "phisher"? The sender address of a real email ends with "@amazon.com", "@amazon.lu" or "@amazon.co.uk".
Phishers usually send fake emails that look like emails from Amazon, and you can verify the authenticity of the email by checking the return address. If the "From" line of the email looks like "amazon-security@hotmail.com" or "amazon-payments@msn.com" or contains the name of another Internet Service Provider (ISP), you can Make sure this is a fraudulent email.
Most email clients allow you to check the source of the email. Check the email header information to see if the "From", "To", and "Bounce Address" of the email are from @amazon.com or @amazon.co.uk. The method used to check the header information is different depending on the email client you are using.
Check website address
Some phishers will set up deceptive websites that will include the word "amazon" in the URL of their website. The real Amazon website always ends with ".amazon.com" or ".amazon.es", that is, "sellercentral-europe.amazon.com", "sellercentral.amazon.co.uk", "www.amazon.com", "Amazonsellerservices.com" or "www.amazon.co.uk".
We never use combinations such as "security-amazon.com" or "amazon.com.biz".

Note: In some cases, hovering the mouse over the link will still display the deceptive address instead of the real address. Do not determine the authenticity of the link based on the address displayed when you hover over the link. Under no circumstances should you click on links embedded in emails.

Create a new email, attach the original fraudulent email, and send it to stop-spoofing@amazon.com. Sending the email as an attachment is the best way to preserve its "header information", which makes it easier for Amazon to track the source of the fake email.
If you can’t send a fake email as an attachment, you can forward it to stop-spoofing@amazon.com and include as much header information as possible.
